As a Builder of Record, we take responsibility for the entire building process, from the initial feasibility checks and planning to budgeting and construction delivery. This means that you’re not handed off between designers, builders, and various trades with fingers crossed.

There is one accountable party from decision to completion, eliminating many of the frustrations people associate with building a new home.

Semi-Custom / Pre-Designed

Pre-designed (semi-custom) homes offer certainty, efficiency and proven results. Our plans are the result of deliberate design, real-world construction experience, and an understanding of how people actually live in their homes. Rather than starting from a blank page, these plans offer buyers a layout that already works; with the ability to refine it to suit their lifestyle.

Choosing an existing plan does not mean that you’re stuck with a cookie cutter design home. All of our plans allow for:

Finish and material customizations
Layout refinements
Ceiling height adjustments
Façade and exterior styling modifications

Semi-custom homes give the benefits of custom without the risk and complexity of starting from scratch. A fully custom home starts with questions. A semi-custom starts with answers. 1. The property demands it. Some properties can’t be served well by a pre-designed plan due to irregular lot shapes, significant changes in grade or unique zoning / setback constraints.
