Creighton Drive - Rise

This project was a modern bungalow project designed and constructed in 2024 to balance efficient single–level living with long–term adaptability using the Rise floor plan. Positioned on a walk–out lot backing onto a conservation area, the home was intentionally planned to support future conversion of the lower level into a secondary dwelling unit while maintaining strong curb appeal and a contemporary architectural presence. To date, the Rise design has been constructed five times, making it one of NorthPeak Homes’ most popular and repeatable layouts—valued for its flexibility, efficient footprint, and strong market reception.

The Rise showcases NorthPeak Homes’ forward-thinking approach to modern residential design. A standout feature is the walk-out lower level, intentionally planned from the outset to support a future secondary dwelling unit, with appropriate ceiling heights, layout proportions, and service rough-ins to allow conversion to an in-law suite, rental unit, or extended living space without structural changes—adding long-term flexibility and value. The exterior blends contemporary masonry and clean-lined siding with low-profile rooflines and streamlined detailing, creating a strong yet context-sensitive street presence.
