This project was the first Elevation Model to be constructed. It was deesigned for architectural presence, efficient single-level living, and long-term flexibility. Positioned on an oversized corner lot, the home was oriented to maximize natural light and curb appeal, featuring varied rooflines, stone accents, complementary siding, and a seamlessly integrated two-car garage. Covered porch and rear deck spaces extend the living area outdoors while reinforcing the home’s balanced, timeless character.
Design & Planning
Inside, the open-concept layout connects the kitchen, dining area, and great room beneath a vaulted ceiling that adds volume and light to the central living space. The primary suite is privately positioned with a walk-in closet and ensuite, while two additional bedrooms share a full bath, making the design ideal for families, guests, or home office use. A functional laundry off the garage and integrated storage enhance everyday practicality.
The project was designed with clean, intuitive flow at its core. From the front entry, circulation naturally opens into the central living space, where the kitchen, dining area, and vaulted living room connect without interruption, creating strong sightlines and easy movement throughout the main floor. The separation of the primary suite from the secondary bedrooms enhances privacy while maintaining convenience, and functional spaces like the garage entry and laundry are positioned to support daily routines without crossing primary entertaining areas. Some homeowners have chosen to add exposed beams within the vaulted living room, introducing warmth and architectural character while emphasizing the height and openness that define the heart of the home.
