NorthPeak Homes is a residential builder focused on custom and semi-custom homes, tear-down and rebuild projects, and thoughtful property redevelopment throughout Kingston, Napanee, Loyalist Township and the surrounding region.

We build a limited number of homes each year so that every project receives the attention, planning, and control it requires. Our work is guided by a simple principle: most construction problems are solved before construction begins. That belief shapes how we approach every build.

Many of our projects involve building on land already owned, replacing existing homes, or adding density through carefully planned redevelopment.
