Our Journey from Flipping to Foundations

NorthPeak Homes began its journey in our hometown of Kingston, Ontario, with a simple mission: to revitalize and improve properties through strategic home flipping. This initial work, focused on quality and detail, laid the groundwork for our evolution. In 2021, driven by a desire to have a greater impact on our community, we shifted our focus entirely to the new construction of single-family homes. In 2024 we once again made the strategic decision to shift our focus on multi-generational and multi-unit housing.
